The Meridian — A Boutique Commercial Interior
A warm, hospitality-forward commercial interior where layered styling, natural textures, and curated accessories transform a professional environment into one that feels genuinely welcoming — and unmistakably intentional.

Commercial Interior Design
The Meridian began with a client who had grown tired of commercial spaces that felt like commercial spaces. The brief was clear: warmth without compromise, professionalism without sterility, and a design that felt as considered as the work being done inside it. Dual workstations anchor the primary space with clean architectural lines, while the surrounding environment softens the room through layered textiles, living plants, and carefully chosen accessories. Nothing here was placed by accident. The shelving units that line the walls function as both storage and storytelling — books, objects, and greenery curated to reflect the client's identity rather than a generic office aesthetic.
A console entry moment sets the tone on arrival: fresh florals, warm wood, and a considered arrangement that signals intention before a single word is spoken. The lounge area carries the same sensibility — plush seating, natural light, and a palette of warm neutrals that invites clients to settle in rather than sit up straight. Every detail, from the orchid on the counter to the framed art on the wall, was selected to reinforce a single idea: that a well-designed commercial space is not a backdrop for work, but an active participant in it. The Meridian is proof that warmth and professionalism are not a compromise — they are a design decision.
A commercial space that feels like somewhere people actually want to be. Warmth and professionalism — not a compromise, but a design decision.
MOD Interiors
Where Warmth Meets Intention.
The best commercial spaces borrow from residential warmth without losing professional edge. Every object here was chosen to do both — to make clients feel welcome and colleagues feel inspired.
That is the MOD approach to boutique commercial work: warmth and professionalism are not a compromise — they are a design decision.
